Hydrogen acquisition

Hydrogen acquisition In the Investor Presentation's milestones and Catalysts slide they include Hydrogen M&A activity. This is the response from the company on some questions I had

"As you may know, we are already significantly involved in the hydrogen space, specifically in what we call purification. Our equipment goes into refineries and hydrogen generation systems and makes the hydrogen 99.999% pure for use in applications such as fuel cell vehicles or industry. This is a great, niche business for us currently but we want to play in it more significantly because of the opportunities we see 10+ years ahead.

When we think about hydrogen M&A activity we’re specifically looking at generation to help complete the rest of our product portfolio. This is likely to be on the steam methane reforming and electrolysis technology side as those are the main ways to generate hydrogen today.

I can’t provide any specifics on the acquisition target as things are still evolving and we will be announcing this to everyone at the same time. We will be launching our hydrogen strategy later in the year and I think that’ll bring more clarity to you as an investor in how we’ll play.

Lastly, it’s an exciting time to be in the space and I imagine you’ve already seen some of the news flow with what’s happening in the industry. Hopefully this answers your question!"
