RE:Federal climate plan includes carbon tax hikes through 2030 Speaking of retrofitting buildings, it was 4 months ago yesterday that Xebec announced the partnership with CarbonQuest. We haven&#39;t heard a peep. Some developments there are long overdue.<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; There is a minboggling amount of news coming from any number of directions. Kurt has assured us that the new banking deal would be finalized by year end. Kurt always delivers.<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; Everything goes up tenfold. The banking arrangement is going up tenfold. The acquisition was more than ten times the biggest to date. The financing was only 6.6 times bigger than their last one though. Darn!
