there is 111mm fully diluted in Q3 MDA.
They issued 10mm to HyGear shareholders as part of consideration. They upsized the sub receipts  to public for 22mm and CDP for almost another 10mm, and then with the share price where it is add another 5mm or so for the shoe. All together thats about 45mm plus shares to 111mm for the total of 155mm.  This is well over a billiion market cap. I'm more concerned how quickly it will get to $2 billion. Thats about a $12.50 share price and I think were on our way.
