RE:RE:Over CompensatingI agree however it appears that perhaps they had no choice.... IF COO decides to resign given it would be a "material" event they would have to be disclosed with a few days of it happening. They would not have had time to recruit a new COO and perhaps appointed the former HyGear CEO as Global head of Hydrogen as a positive spin otherwise it would have looked worse. Plausible but only speculation.
