RE:Virutal AGMBiggest takeaways for me were:
  • Jim had great command of his presentation; delivered his talk-track with ease.
  • Company is being organized to drive maximum efficiency / governance.
  • 30 acquisitions by 2025 - which means at least another 6 per year; significant pace.
  • XBC+ had about 340 total employees EOY 2020, and will have 500+ by EOY 2021
The distance this company has come since 2016 is amazing.
With the board now set I expect much news will be made.. and July is only 2 days away.

Exciting times ahead.
