I can give a very simple example why what you are saying is not fact, but opinion. Say one of their customers enters bankruptcy proceedings or informs them they are no longer able to pay. They can no longer claim that revenue (or be forced to impair it) because it has become unlikely they will be able to collect that revenue.

I think it's almost more valuable to look at why people think a company won't perform, vs why it will. I'll be honest, I don't know fully know why the price is the way it is, that's part of why I'm here.
