No details for their opinion, just extrapolations by a poster.
It was very high risk in Q1 2021, where the valuation was high and execution risk was unknown.
A year later, the share price IMHO has over corrected to book value. They've de-risked themselves after addressing a whole bunch of issues that they identified. A positive EBITDA in Q4 will be the inflection point that even the most ardent critic (TD analyst) of XBC saw early signs of in Q3.
