RE:RE:RE:XEBEC BORROW RATE ADR short is allegedly just above 4m (figures were just updated within the last hour). 9.4m rough held at DTC.

A scroll down shows a borrow rate of 10.18% per year. Not the cheapest.

Any thoughts TT please?
