this is from the companys sept 30/2021 q report   
long term debt was about 48m
interest on long term debt for the 1 quarter was 1.082m  
so 1.082m x 4 q's = 4.328m

well darn it, that sure looks close to 10% to me, and long term debt is not the revolving credit facility. 

jeeez no wonder that useless failed broker is broke and out of a job, lol, what a f'n joke.
