RE:USA ADR SHORT POSITION Re the question of fungibility; I received the following reply from otcmarkets.com:

"It really depends on the holder of the position.  Broker dealers can cover the short with the underlying however retail may not depending on the broker dealer with whom they change with."

I have been trying to establish the fungibility of this product and whether you can, technically, deliver in shares bought on the TSX to cover any short in the ADR, but so far no one seems to be able to answer this question.
