RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Time to tax the oil companies Gann you understand the oil industry about as well you understand xbc, which is brutal imho.

many oil companies went belly up over the last decade with low oil prices, those that survived suffered massive losses for years. these companies making a ton of loot now pay huge royalties all ready on a sliding scale (for a lot of them) based on the poo. the alberta (especially) sask and bc govt's are raking in huge revenues on these royalties which will mostly be used to benefit all of us one way or another.

I hold a huge chunk of investments in energy and renewables (energy more for the near to medium term) and the renewables probably til the day I die ( unless there is another crazy bubble like a couple of years ago).
