They have a few aces up their sleeves to bring this to $1+1. Non-core asset sales
2. Joint Venture(s)
3. Private placements from entities like Caisse 

All of these will shore up the balance sheet and infuse much needed liquidity. My guess is that 1 or more of these will happen within the next 3 months before Q3 earnings are released. Imagine a company like this with a $100 million market cap that gets $50-100 million in additional cash. How will the market react? I don't think it will stay below $1.
