TT...starting to sound like a lot of CYA coming from you. Biggest Pension Fund in Quebec immediately turned around and sued  XBC in early 2021 I believe for misleading information in the prospectus as well as some BS restatement of the financials 2020 year end!.Sounds like they have been misleading people since it ran to $12.00.

Anyone hear of any Class Action suits yet. might be an easy one to win!!!

This is as I understand it and is JMHO!!
