According to Simon Arnsby the rumors that Kurt had sold his stocks are false:

 

As of September 28, 2022, the day before Xebec's CCAA filing and trading halted, the three principal shareholders of Xebec were:

- Caisse de dpt: 10,754,487 shares representing 6.95%

- Kurt Sorschak: 7,611,860 shares representing 4.92%

- Marinus Van Driel: 4,443,735 shares representing 2.87%

 

As of November 23, 2022

 SIMON ARNSBY files an "URGENT REQUEST EX PART OF INVESTIGATION:

"In my opinion, whatever happens to Xebec, following the filing of Xebec's CCAA by Xebec's Board of Directors, all other actions, decisions, determinations, timelines, options for restriction or liquidation, etc. . must be monitored and guided by the potentially invaluable expertise of both of Xebec founders Mr. Kurt Sorsak of Xebec and Mr. Marinus Van Driel formerly HyGear and now Xebec. Under the full supervision of the Court and the approval of the creditors, without interference from the Board of Xebec in order to ensure the best possible result of the filing of the CCAA and in accordance with the intention and spirit of the Act".

 

I have requested signed affidavits from Mr. Kurt Sorschak and Mr. Marinus Van Driel that they support my motion and are prepared to perform the duties that I ask the Court to entrust to them.

But see the next line  "as per marketscreener.com....."  They could have outdated info Kurt did not have to disclose sales. I would not trust that info to be Gospel.
