my guess is a financing between $6.00-6.25

... I get caught in (too) many of these, and it's always a ~10% drop...

maybe this time will be different, but I doubt it

Probably halted at the company's request because the company sensed there may have been a leak. The stock was $6.87 bid when it was halted. I doubt it's a financing. Could well be, but I doubt it.

stock halted could be due to many reasons. I doubt it's the uplisting as it is public knowledge. Could be financing but doubt it given recent discussion with tier 1 banks. Could be M&A news. Could be a major contract with a significant entity. Can't wait to find out and hopefully continue the moon shot.

Given the recent announcement of the Shenergy deal, I wouldn't think financing is required at this point. But .....

The eventual uplisting may be public knowledge but the timing of it isn't. Absolutely they would halt the stock for that kind of news because the stock will gap higher when it comes. Much higher.

how about a buyout $15.00 a share :) seems reasonable.
Comment by ddogold on Dec 08, 2020 4:16pm
Ha that would be something . Either way it’s good . Even with a financing it will represent a buying opportunity . Although depending on the terms the shareprice could still shoot up , like what happened with Exro .

yup and mmed is another... financing announced the other day at $1.90 today 3 bucks and all they do is try and make magic mushrooms fix depression or something like that...Can xbc be like an enbridge in 10 or so years with a nice fat divi?

What would be the reason to do financing before moving to tsx?
Comment by savyinvestor333 on Dec 08, 2020 4:31pm
Not always  TT  KNT released this morning that they are moving to TSX tomorrow and it ended up flat. PYR and ATE our both down since the move to the TSX

I agree with this guess, but will change the pricing a bit to $6 max but most likely somewhere between 5.75 and 6.  jmho cheers and gl ferret
