New House
just 2 years ago I was lamenting the fact that housing os so expensive and unaffordable. Now thanks to xbc I will be able to buy something so happy with this company.

Give yourself some credit. You identified the opportunity and had the courage to put your hard earned money into the investment. You are probably beating >90% of professional money managers if you made XBC a significant part of your portfolio.

while it is true that I assumed the all the risk of the investment. Xebec's exceptional management and forward thinking and excellent execution in positioning themselves to be an industry leader has to be given a lot of credit as well. They are literally changing the trajectory of my future as I am sure they are doing for others as well.
