I'm kind of surprised Fuelcell allowed Xebec to use their name in the press release. By doing so it allows ithe Fuelcell investors to see they do not have all the tools needed to complete these installations by themselves and are reliant on others to complete the project.

Yeah, more than just allowed to use FuelCell's name - the CEO provided a quote and explained this is in support of Toyota. Muted market reaction is likely due to the relatively small revenue value which is fair. From my point of view it further validates the value of Xebec's technology and patents. I really like this release.

I don't see how that would be an issue. This is the world of partnerships and companies cannot be the jack of all trades. People will see the XEBEC logo on the PSA unit. Do you think FCEL would ask XEBEC to rebrand the PSA unit as FCEL (like what they do with mfg lines for TV's and some other electronics)

Well if you are short one special ingredient for your recipe and you know that multiple chefs are also looking to buy this same ingredient it is only a matter of time before one of the chefs locks up the supply for themselves. What advantage is ithere to Fuelcell to advertise where they are getting there technology?

That they use top notch ingredients.
