Just noticed they haven't removed Prabhu from the management team page which I find odd. He also shows up in the Board of  Directors but If I remember right he may still be a member until re-election time.

Perhaps more interesting to note that he still has 1,308,000 options.     That's a bit reassuring.

Well we are not sure about that as the latest date for his holdings is Jan 5 2021 Rao, Prabhu Kruthyvemti Relationship as filed with regulators: 4, 5 Latest filing date: January 5, 2021 Direct Ownership Common Shares 1,084,500 Options 1,308,193 Subscription Receipts 0 I wonder if ther is any chance he could lose them or maybe not have reported any sales or purchases yet.

Actually, I'm quite sure, as I am looking at all transactions by insiders in the last 6 months to today's date in Sedi. He has no shares, but still has his options.

That's interesting as here is the lastest holdings for shares that I see for him from Ink Research Jan 4/21 Rao, Prabhu Kruthyvemti Direct Ownership Conversion or exchange Common Shares 0.00 34,500 3.3% 1,084,500 Do you see where he sold shares since Jan 4/21?

He sold 400,000 June 6, 200,000 September 25, 100,000 September 29, and 50,000 September 30, but you're right, these numbers don't add up. I wasn't looking at the whole screen. lol. I will have to double check

Seems like Kurt has purchased 100,000 shares in the last couple days at an average price of $4.23. Wognu, you seem to be good at math... how much did Kurt reinvest into his company?  I think that is a good vote of confidence from the leader.  Thoughts? Have a great night! D

Maybe it's quibbling but I only see that Kurt sold 2 million at $3.60 for proceeds of 7 mill minus the tax payable.   Anyway I have made 9% today for my family.

please understand, i am not 'bashing' management an honest observation/criticism is not bashing frankly, this is where these boards lose it this is not us vs them too often these boards draw a simple distinction "IF YOU'RE NOT WITH US YOU'RE AGAINST US" this is just false dissenting opinions build strength and confidence; blind trust can destroy it in my opinion

I can agree with the us vs. them thing because I feel like that on the PYR BB.but the difference being that I own shares in PYR. I hope XBC gets to your $7.00 target soon so you can start to make money for your  family. There are other stocks out there if you can't wait. Good luck to you.

I just think that the missed guidance was completely over emphasized and the big picture was forgotten. just another point 100k shares at 4.25 is a good portion of his yearly salary reinvested into the business just another way to look at it.

My apologies. You are correct. I am wrong, and happy to be so. According to Canadian Insider, he still has 1,084,500 shares and 1,308,193 options. I'm delighted to be wrong. That's even better than I thought!
