https://www.bioenergy-news.com/news/waga-secures-second-landfill-gas-to-rng-contract-in-quebec/   Could this be one of the reasons for the slow bleed?  Seems like there's another company with a containerized unit that's closing contracts in our backyard.. thoughts?

WAGA Energy Canada is also based in Quebec and this appears to be a BOO project.  As you know, XBC has partnered with FTQ to review projects.

It's just a bit concerning since Kurt said in a cc that there was nothing on the market like their containerized unit and here we have a company from France winning contracts and installing a unit similar to the bgx. Definitely would like some clarification.

Waga uses a "container" as one module of their WAGABOX units, but it is far from being a single containerized plug and play solution, look at their foot print vs. a XBC BGX Biostream unit https://waga-energy.com/en/visit-a-wagabox-unit/

At first glance the footprint is huge vs Xebec. It has too many moving parts and mechanical nightmare when compared. Many fail to realize the mechanical process must be able to adjust quickly when the changes in gas composition occur. The failure to adapt and regulate can represent huge losses. Xebec is the only system I know of that can regulate bed contact time in real time and process is ...more

It should be the same day that they have proven they can execute on their stated guidance.

For a stock that sucks, according to you, and is dead money for months, you sure pay close attention and comment a lot.

Maybe this is the main reason they received the contract. Waga Energy will finance the construction of the unit, as well as the connection of the installation to the gas network, 5 kilometres away. It will also purchase the RNG produced on-site from RIGMRBM for 20 years, as well as operate and maintain the unit and generate income by selling the green gas to a Canadian energy company.
