Beautiful - Brightmark Update

MONTREAL, (QC), October 6, 202

Xebec signed the first set of task orders for an initial 18 BGX units with Brightmark.

18 units are expected to be deployed across 10 dairy RNG projects in Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan and South Dakota.

“Alongside our partners at Chevron, Brightmark plans to increase our RNG production ten-fold over the next four years,” said Bob Powell, CEO & Founder of Brightmark. “As the most carbon negative fuel on a lifecycle basis available on the market today, RNG is an essential tool in our global efforts to combat climate change, and to do that, we have to establish strong partnerships with companies like Xebec that share our vision for this sector’s tremendous advancement opportunities.”

This is terrific. Remember this from October 6th? "is pleased to announce today that it has signed the first set of task orders under the previously announced Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) for an initial 18 BGX-Biostream™ (“Biostream”) units with Brightmark RNG Holdings LLC. The $64,000 Question is whether Biostream is able to produce RNG from biogas cheaper and more efficiently than the other companies building units to produce RNG, especially Greenlane.  Greenlane makes large legacy units requiring weeks of expensive onsite construction.  Xebec makes factory produced and tested Biostream units that can be shipped and placed on site in three days.  ...more

Very good comment..the problem is the speed of adoption LONG and will require several rounds of financing. Conclusion long XBC but with very realistic expectations going forward. Will be very happy with 3$ by year end. Go Gonzaga Go. peace

The real question is whether RNG is a realistic answer to the need for a Renewable Hydrocarbon to replace diesel fuel and supplement and eventually replace fossil fuels like fossil natural gas.  Is there enough Organic Waste to make a significant amount of RNG?  The 1930s required jobs and the New Deal financed the construction of hydroelectric dams in the US to produce those jobs.  ...more

I know that's a rhetorical question. Greenlane announced their last contract with Brightmark in Oct. 2020. A year later, XBC and Brightmark / Chevron formalized a 18 unit BGX order. That's the $35M dollar answer. I don't think they're going back to Greenlane.
