Talk about Firing PeoplešŸ¤£

XEBEC has 28 job offerings on LinkedIn. This is way too funny!

It definitely happens not sure why you find it funny. It's called cleaning house businesses do it for sure they weed out the bad apples and can still be hiring. It doesn't mean they don't need people it means they have people working there they want to get rid of.

Not sure about that bruh! That would be a whole lot of people they want to get rid of. With the labor shortage in quebec I doubt it, I wouldnt be firing 30 people all at once. Or they all quit, or they need more people in Blainville! Who needs to be replaced is the cfo.

Bruh I have literally seen it happen. My company fired a whole whack of employees all in one shot and proceed over the next two years to increase their workforce by 40 percent.

Ok but that sounds like a pretty long process for just a 3 year plan. What do you have to say DIGGLER12, are you one of them?

First, a sharp eye would notice some of those 28 postings are the same one translated from English/French, so there are less than 28 openings. Second, I would say most postings are to fill new roles/replace people who left voluntarily. Lastly, Im still here : )
Comment by Gann999 on Jun 03, 2022 8:29am
This was my next point most of those postings are duplicates from different websites.

Thanks for pointing this out and clarifying Diggz.
