The hell with GNR

First and foremost, the hell with GNR and the horse it rode in on lol noone cares. Secondly I'd like to go over what happened to Xebec here because it doesn't make sense, there's alot of Red Flags. I've seen stocks before go in CCAA Protection and usually there's warnings to investor's, a heads up, even when a stock does go in CCAA Protection, usually they stay on the market, for day's or weeks and most of the time it'll step down to TSX venture or NEX. I've never seen a stock go in CCAA Protection and just halted right away to freeze investor's money and never to be seen again without giving them a chance to sell, specially when they're still operational and the company still have tremendous value in assets. They did it in a very weasel way and to me is straight up a illegal. For example, Pure Gold mining just went through the CCAA Protection as well and remained on the market and then stepped down to the venture and NEX. Investor's got their chance to sell. Which is the right legal way of doing it. So either Xebec gets stepped down to the Venture or someone needs to get sued for alot of damn money or go to jail.

I agree pointless to talk about xebec halted can't trade and we have no say in the process until something goes to a vote. Better to focus efforts on winning companies to gain back what we perceive for now to be a total loss until we know otherwise.

Ya pathetic leadership. Missed opportunity. Bad management. But I bet the board got wealthy! Invest in real companies with real goal and a management team that's not only interested in ripping investors off!

Facts but how do you know which companies these ones are they don't have neon signs next to the tickers saying this one's management won't screw you over.
