am a shareholder of Xebec
Adsorption Inc. (holding
shares of XBC - XEBEF) and I hereby appoint Simon Arnsby the proxy of the undersigned, with full power of substitution, for and in the name of the undersigned to represent and vote the shares of the undersigned with regards to all matters
pertaining to the reorganization of Xebec Adsorption, including the ability to utilize said proxy for any means allowed by law, and with respect to any shareholders meetings. Proxy is valid for 1 year from date of signature or to completion of the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) proceedings. Proxy is revocable.
