 It was all about the intangible assets. It all started when Xebec failed to meet the max ratio of total liabilities to tangible net worth under the credit facility.

The bank owned everything the minute they put a lien on their entire assets. I think we missed the whole credit part of this story. For me, that was a credit and a balance sheet leon. Ferret, you got the balance sheet part with the goodwill. But no one was even that concerned or asked too many questions when their credit was in forbearance.
