Morning fred,a fair take you put forward.Mine is more a matter of after a year of watching other no names rocketing forward with there programs and such,its more then time for Xemplar to standup and be counted.Hell if the share price added 25cents per pump on this board,it would be a $17 dollar stock already.The share price has held up well for being proped up mostly by potential.And that my friend only lasts so long-The proof is in the pudding.---The Option Agreement provides that Xemplar can earn a 100% interest in the capital stock of Namura upon fulfillment of the following conditions: (i) incurring an aggregate of CDN $8,000,000 of work expenditures on the Namura uranium properties in three stages as follows: (a) $1,000,000 in exploration and development expenditures on or before the first anniversary of TSX Venture Exchange approval of the Option Agreement; (b) $3,000,000 in exploration and development expenditures by the second anniversary of TSX Venture Exchange approval of the Option Agreement; and (c) $4,000,000 in exploration and development expenditures by the third anniversary of TSX Venture Exchange approval of the Option Agreement.
