Permits - You're all correct!

Permits - You're all correct!The 30 day publication period ends 21 Feb. So, having recieved the FN agreement, they will get their permits on the following business day, 24 Feb.

But, the Ministry can, if it so deems the application has undergone sufficient scrutiny, waive the remaining publication period and grant the permit.

Both are true. It's all on the Ministries web site. Read the fine print.

So yes, having gone through half the period come Monday, anything is possible after that. This isn't a contentious application by any stretch of the imagination.
