Why.

Almost two years and nothing!  Is there anything positive about a long term halt?  I’ve never been involved with anything like this.

I hold some shares in this -- another of my typical ventures into the venture exchange. After one failure after another it seems they just got up one morning and walked away from it. No news, no announcements, no disclosure -- just up and vanished into thin air. And from a regulatory point-of-view it appears that is allowed. If you can't make it work just walk away.
