Logistics service XPO Logistics takes the middle of next year, 27,000 square warehouse space being used at the under construction Distriport Tilburg. The US wants to XPO in this location an e-commerce dc realization of 62.500 square meters, which employs 800 people in the long term.

Logistics service XPO Logistics has signed for initially 23 820 square meters of warehouse space, 2952 square meters of mezzanine and 388 square meters of office space on Distriport Tilburg currently in command of logistics real estate developer and investor Prodelta developed by the Breda contractor Spranger.
Completion in 2016
The lease provides for a phased increase to 62 500 square meters. Middle of next year Prodelta provides logistics complex.
50 million orders per year
