NovAccess Global Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company, which develops immunotherapies to treat brain tumor patients in the United States. Its dendritic cell-based immunotherapy utilizes a combination of Toll-like receptor adjuvants for an enhanced antitumor response. Its TLR-AD1 platform technology is a vaccine immunotherapy for the treatment of aggressive brain cancers, including glioblastoma and other high-grade gliomas. TLR-AD1 technology has a scope of use and is embodied in various different product lines for different clinical situations.

1 share per 1000 reverse split. Really look forward to this from a financial perspective. There was no mention of solar business in the NR, which is too bad, but it looks like the new owner is already cleaning up the balance sheet and poising the company for success.
