Whats funny is Item D is typed wrong. It makes no sense. I just noticed the shares and warrrants were different. Good old cutting and pasting.

It states

780,000 units consisting of 195,000 shares of common stock and 780,000 common stock purchase warrants, exercisable at $0.25 per share,

I think it should state

780,000 units for an aggregate investment of $195,000 consisting of 780,000 shares of common stock and 780,000 common stock purchase warrants, exercisable at $0.25 per share,
