It's not that complicated.
They have certificates but they are not registered shares.
The legend gets stamped to prevent them from trading.
There is a 3 month hold on newly issued shares.
The last Edgar filing was to register them so they can trade.
It was certified by the lawyer we have brought up here before.
This is his specialty.
Most of those shares were conversions, so they weren't actually shares before and hence no certificates. The transfer agent would have to issue them and without a stamp.
Berry can have his shares anyday. Since it is impossible to trade them, there is no point. It does make the float look smaller to people like yourself sho are unable to understand how things work (and hence your dumb posts and large continuous losses).
Other than that - most investors don't have them because the DTC does.
