RE:remember these long time owner/losers, pablum, rad10, lolThe result was bad but I would invest again. ~!@# happens, in this case to the whole industry. Every stock or asset that you buy is meant to be sold, not held forever. That's why they constantly update the indexes removing certain names to be replaced by others.

Of interest, what I owned were debentures which I what I owned in TBE (and made a killing on - sadly, best investment in the patch the last few years). (Approximations). They were issued 100 cents on the dollar.  My original cost was 80, then I averaged down to 60, finally sold for the equivalent of 35 cents on the dollar in early 2019. They were then converted at 10 cents per share at par.  Subsequently, share price fluctuated between 3-4 cents per share (all this prior to 20:1 reverse split which is currently reported for Jan - May 2019 price range at 60-80 cents per share).

Now, what if I buy Kelt shares instead of Zargon debentures for 80 cents at the time and held on until today?  No reason to sell, company is very solid with some great assets, right?  They were trading for around $6-9 at the time. Say $6. As of today, I would have lost ~$4.50 or 75%. In Zargon debenture terms, I would have sold for 20 cents on the dollar instead of 35 or almost another 50% loss in a little over a year. Or perhaps I sell for 75 cents at the height of COVID 19. Then I get 1/3 of what I sold my Zar.DB as a reward for investing in a much better name and holding for 10 months more (which is basically what I did with Zargon - held on for a year too long).

You are only right on 1 thing. The abandonment liabiltiy was huge relative to the production.  I didn't understand this but one should ask, is that my problem as an independent investor or the industry as a whole not being upfront on this stuff...certainly warranted a page on the Zargon presentation...

And please stop lying on Twin Butte. You were belittling posters from the day the Chinese group offered to buy the company.  You were obviously part of the group that was buying TBE, or hired by them, or rendered an opinion and lost big on the debentures unlike us who made a 7 bagger.
You are nothing but a crook, a cyber bully, a fool for not understanding what happened to the industry as a whole not only ZAR, and a liar. What is this, your 99th user name?

Also stop polluting the Kelt board with your BS. It gives Kelt a bad name.
