Rad, hope all is well.  If debentureholders had voted NO way back when, the company would have gone into receivership and the assets disposed of - at a much better price than today that's for sure! I sold mine but who knows - if Ottawa comes up with a package to address abandoned wells it could be good for Zargon if they can survive that long...

Great to hear from you Pablo. Stay healthy. Yes the debenture holders should have rejected the  debt for equity offer. I tried my best at the time. it gives me no pleasure to see the stocks pumped by our friend getting absolutely decimated. Every one of his recommendations is oil and gas small cap and has been destroyed.  Hope the people dependent upon this industry can get through this ...more

Rad10, I remember that - you were steadfast about voting NO. I waffled but in the end voted NO as well.  Admittedly, I'm not sure how the abandoned wells would have been dealt with by the Receiver.  At current oil prices, I don't know but I wonder if Zargon could run out of money. They have not provided an update nor updated the presentation...North Dakota remains a good oil ...more
