Share-based compensation expense was $0.04 million during the fourth quarter of 2018 compared to $0.02 million in the prior quarter expense.  Bit of an insult to the reluctant shareholder...........

And 1/4 million dollars of legal expenses presumably to Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP where Mr Zawalsky is managing partner...................

There is another 120k in legal fees owing according to the footnotes in the annual report. This is why I voted against the forced debenture conversion.  It just enables the ongoing shameful porking of the company by the "Calgary coutry club"............................ Time to start calling the company and asking questions. I trust hawkowl stockfy et al are satisfied with the ...more

Mgmt compensation is pro-forma 37% of the SG&A. Consultants as a whole must be another big chunk - Murph and his crew over at E&Y are nice folks but bloody expensive - just hire some cheap local accountant, save the cash. The cross border assets is expensive, time to move on from ND.  Break even WCS is US$37 w/o the SG&A which a buyer would certainly get rid of most of it.
