PSAC expresses disappointment
This was a very good common sense idea that of course Trudeau turned down (anything that makes sense they do the opposite). But I believe it should happen - perhaps with a new govt - fixes an environmental problem, spurs the Alberta economy at a time when the industry is in a downturn.
