Gaius, you are precisely right that infrastructure spending will lag commodities coming out of recession.  I am somewhat surprised by the price currently, as it predicts basically no growth going forward for ZCL, which appears to be overly pessimistic.  Depends on one's stock strategy, but I will likely add in January.  But my strategy is to split my portfolio into short, medium and long term stocks, and ZCL sits in my long term basket.
