RE:i said the system is a joke and i stand by that......Any Judge is only answerable fo the Defendents and Plaintiffs for his/her actions. If either or both parties have an issue with her handling of the case, they can file a motion to a senior judge in that Federal District.
The concerns of other parties is not of concern to her, nor should they be.
The Judge's sole mandate is to deal with the the two sides only, not any outsiders who have a different stake. in the issue.
