Ultimately the share price is driven by fundamentals, New orders (they are coming) and a favorable Markman ruling (most likely). Short term moves can be disregarded. So if you believe in the fundamentals you are a buyer. And thanks to the sellers (and daytraders) you are able to accumulate shares at a reasonable price.
