This site suggests that Birdview was established as a private corporation back in 2017 but as a "subsidiary" of Zecotek.

Does anyone remember seeing anything in an MD&A suggesting Zecotek had invested in a private start up company?

If they did, would there not be a requirement for this information to be disclosed to shareholders? Maybe it was, and I just paid no attention at the time.

Or, possibly it was just Faouzi using his millions to make a private investment separate from Zecotek and this site just has the wording a little off.
