Here’s an idea. Open from September 15 to June 15 and give the crew 3 months off in the summer. Bank a certain amount so they get paid through the summer! In the meantime they can work on a solution ...more

Donkin probably regrets reporting the small rood fall they had, but were trying to do the right thing. DOL is bureaucratic so you know they are not concerned about people’s livelihoods.
