Love the downgrades. Added a ton of DRR this week for the first time at rock bottom prices. With Dream uNlimited picking up, it should bode well for the other Dream entities imho.

This is probably a good price to buy,1% monthly growth in revenue will be adding up over time,They keep upgrading their units and getting premieum rents plus hefty increases in renewals.
