RE: RE: Is this a buy at 92 ?
Looks like the $1 is a pipedream, and yet the other guys offered $1.40. Now I understand better why it is trading at 92 and going lower.

RE: Is this a buy at 92 ?
You are missing that it is not a $1.00 offer anymore. It is ABH shares and a limited amt of cash. if it was 100% cash, it would be better but most people will want 100% cash due to ABH

Is this a buy at 92 ?
I am not familiar with the story or history of the companies and offer, aside from some basic reads on it. Seems to me to be easy money from this level to the takeout offer of $1. But nothing is easy,

RE: RE: What to do now ?
Don't worry, I will never tender to ABH either. This is an option on the table, but not in my mind. I tendered to Mercer this morning. I'm born in St-Félicien, I worked at that mill, my

Mercer still not out of he game yet
The Fibrek takeover is still ongoing despite the fact that ABH has picked up 48.8% of the shares. The battle continues on and Mercer is waiting to see if ABH can get over 50%. The king maker is still

What to do now ?
Guys, what is the strategy now ? 1- Tender to Mercer just in case. 2- Wait to see if Abitibi will raise their offer by 5 % to convience Steelhead to tender 3- Tender to Abitibi at 1

RE: RE: RE: Special Dividend
The problem with ABH's stink bid is its cash portion is not high.. 30 some millions. You may end up owning ABH stocks which is down quite a bit in last couple months.
