Does anyone know if the deal is still alive or it it dead in the water? AOC has so many news releases/Sedar filings I find it hard to wade through them all.

.....from now this may become an interesting play...long effort to clean up this previously poorly managed company...surely a consolidation but with proper direction and at this low price maybe worth ...more
