It's amazing that all the panic 1 year ago was due to bad headlines about some poorly performing buildings in this group. With only $1.5 B equity at risk out of >$20B.

These are Prefer Shares so Dividend should be safe for

atleast few more years even if rates remain higher for longer..... But after that I'm not so sure.   A company can sustain Losses only for so long before something gives.
