Current NAV $16.56

Current price ask price $14.49, gives this a yield of over 10%. And its over a $2 discount. This is a cash flow machine trading at a discount.

Still trading post dividend

If you buy today, you still get the 12 cent dividend. I think this thing is a gift that just keeps giving.

Gift of a Lifetime

Current NAV is 16.57, current market price 14.25. Thats a 14% discount and pays out to a 10.5% dividend yield every month.  Beats a 4% GIC.

The current NAV is $16.53

Current yield is $14.50, payed out monthly. This is the best arbitrage play in town.

Going private?

The current NAV on the NPS preferred shares is $10. This is also considered a P3 in safety, which is low. Currenly trading at $10.39 which is a premium to NAV, makes no sense to buy these at a ...more

RE:Monthy Redemption

If only it were that simple. The units are trading at a 7.8% discount to NAV, not 15% because the preferred shares are trading well above par value, and rising. So an 8% correction would completely ...more

Stupid investors selling at 15% discount the NAV in the market, while they could just do a monthly redemption of 96% of NAV. im gobbling up what I can at this price in the market.
