Constellation is behind all Canopy deals. Constellation will own all of Canopy one day which means they will also own Acreage.

Of course, it was Constellation Brands that wanted Conopy to enter the US and Constellation chose Acreage along with Canopy.

As long as Acreage manages their money properly and gets losses under control the stock price should go way from this point.  I read that Beacon securities has lowered this years revenue ...more
