Alta has to do soemthing about more buyers coming in , such as funds, or even retail buyers, just basically volume.

Andy paid 50% of the 2010/11 stock price
for Noront - so 4.5 CAD for us? Sounds like a fair start. Also Noront went from 13 cents to 109 cents in a years time - I can live with and wait for this.
