BCE vs ENB
Enbridge’s debt-to-equity ratio is typically in the 1.5 to 2.5 range. BCE debt-to-equity ratio has typically been in the 1.5 to 2.0 range why ENB keeps gonig up but BCE is dropping like waterfalls?
