Spreadsheet showing a gain of about 35 cents since the update on the 13th of Sept. Commons now should be valued around $6.36 before dist . are factored in. Last trade @ $5.93 means the discount is 43

I own CM bought at $56.89 and BK bought at $9.60. I don't think banks were and are a bad choice right now. The dividend remains excellent for both stocks. I wouldn't be inclined to jump into

Spreadsheet showing a gain of 29 cents since the update number Sept 13... i do believe it is the biggest gain amongst the Qudaravest split funds.. since that date. Insurers out perfroming the banks

When interest rates were low, LIFECOS struggled as it was hard to find good safe investments with good returns. These days the preferreds shares are good , and the even bonds and treasuries are paying

Funny choice.
I have a hard time explaining this choice, since often the LFE holders have not always been paid. It is as if we were favoring the holders of preferred shares to the detriment of the LFE holders. ???

SO LFE came in a lot lower than my estimate @ $16.01.. and i would imagine they had some options taken, so as to add more cash to pay the increased distributions of the commons in the past few months.

Spreadsheet showing a gain of about 55 cents since AUG 30 and that would make LFE the leading money gainer in Quadravest split funds. DF would be the next closest with a gain of about 45 cents .
