this is a horrible outcome for shareholders.  GROY has no cash generating properties and the property they do have do not have near the potential of Elys property.  Horrible deal.   ...more

The share exchange ratio implies a mix of $0.42 in cash plus 0.1742 of a Gold Royalty(GROY) share per Ely share. .1742 x 4.50 + .42 = 1.2033 at the moment Complements from Frus

I agree  . Ely gold was at 2.00 canadian last summer and 1.20 in April. Weseem to have further advanced projects as well. Personally I think  ELY and NSR would be a better combination..I ...more

No near production form the other company

I quickly looked over the other company and am shomewhat shocked shince they only have explorers and no near term production cash flow. So why did Ely go into this deal it would have made more sence ...more
